Exchange and Refund Policy

B Label - A Brand by ARS Conscious Collective Private Limited endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is swift and seamless and without any hassle. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size (for clothing), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

To return for credit or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 8591300415 (WhatsApp) from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at hello@blabel.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. 

Here are some quick facts about our policies. 

What is B Label's Exchange Policy? How does it work?

  • We follow a no refund policy, should you want to exchange a garment for size please write to us or call us and we will process a reverse pick up within 3-4 working days. 

  • All items can be exchanged within 14 days upon delivery of products. Items exchanged for the first time will be free of cost, upon any subsequent exchange the charges borne by you.

  • We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse a stringent quality check will be done, post which a new size will be sent to you. 

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted products and on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

  • Free size garments and accessories will not be eligible for an exchange/return.

  • Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. 

How do I place an exchange request on blabel.in?

  • Kindly email us at hello@blabel.in and we can proceed further with the request. The exchange is subject to stock available with us.

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

  • Please note that we do not have a refund policy, however, if the size required is not available we will be providing a store credit which you can use to buy products in our website of the same or higher value.

  • If you’ve received a defective product and upon the same product or an alternative product of your choice failing to be in stock, we will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 14 working days (after the product reaches us). The refund shall be made through online mode.

  • We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Will B Label pick up the product I want to return from my location?

  • We have partnered up with multiple shipping providers so that we can arrange for a pickup from your location. Please ensure that you pack the products in the bag provided along with a safe exterior protecter and secure it with duct/clear tape. We will send you few documents to print. Kindly handover the documents to the courier representative during the time of the pickup.

How can I Self-Ship the product to B Label?

  • Kindly secure the package in the box provided to you with the products inside and you can send it over with your preferred courier partner and send it to the following address:

Why has my return request been declined?

  • You return request can be declined due to the following reasons:

    1. No pickup available from your location via our courier partners.

    2. Multiple returns happened from the same address/customer.

Why did the pick up of my product fail?

  • The pickup usually happens on the day when the pickup request is created from our end. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, depending on the region that you live in, you can face some delay. However rest assured the pickup will happen in couple of days.

How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

  • The order once placed cannot be cancelled. However if you wish to get in touch with us you can write to us and explain the situation. We will be happy to help you out.

What is the exchange policy for international shipments?

  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • If a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect the order from our Shipping agency, B Label - A Brand by ARS Conscious Collective Private Limited will not be liable to provide a refund.
