How do I check the status of my order?- A link will be sent along with the tracking details on your registered email ID, we request you to check the spam folder of your email ID in case you haven’t received any email after dispatch in your inbox.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
- Any order after dispatch will take 3-7 working days in order to reach its destination. However if you wish to get it shipped in priority kindly contact us at hello@blabel.in and pay the difference amount for shipping and we will take it further.
Cancellations and Modifications
What is B Label’s cancellation policy?
- Order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you can email us at hello@blabel.in in case of any exceptions or modifications in the order and we would be glad to help you out.
- You can change the shipping address free of cost as long as the shipment is not dispatched from our warehouse. However you have to pay additional amount if your shipment is already dispatched from our location and is in transit. You can contact us at hello@blabel.in for any such request.
- Order once placed cannot be cancelled, however, there are exceptions to this policy. You can write us at hello@blabel.in for further details.
- We do not have any refund policy. However in the case of any cancellations we can provide you with a credit coupon, which you can use to purchase any product of same or higher value.
Returns and Exchange
What is B Label's Exchange Policy? How does it work?- We are here to help and promise to make this journey as swift and simple for you as possible.
- We follow a no refund policy, should you want to exchange a garment for size please write to us at hello@blabel.in. We will process a reverse pick up.
- Only one exchange will be offered for a particular order, if another exchange is required the shipping cost will be borne by you.
- We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse a quality check will be done, post which a new size will be sent to you.
- Free size garments and accessories will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange
How do I place an exchange request on blabel.in?
- Kindly email us at hello@blabel.inand we can proceed further with the request. The exchange is subject to stock available with us.
How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
- Please note that we do not have a refund policy, however, if the size required is not available we will be providing a store credit which you can use to buy products in our website of the same or higher value.
- We have partnered up with multiple shipping providers so that we can arrange for a pickup from your location. Please ensure that you pack the products in the bag provided along with a safe exterior protecter and secure it with duct/clear tape. We will send you few documents to print. Kindly handover the documents to the courier representative during the time of the pickup.
- Kindly secure the package in the box provided to you with the products inside and you can send it over with your preferred courier partner and send it to the following address:

- You return request can be declined due to the following reasons:
- No pickup available from your location via our courier partners.
- Multiple returns happened from the same address/customer.
- The pickup usually happens on the day when the pickup request is created from our end. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, depending on the region that you live in, you can face some delay. However rest assured the pickup will happen in couple of days.
How do I cancel the order, I have placed?
- The order once placed cannot be cancelled. However if you wish to get in touch with us you can write to us at hello@blabel.in and explain us the situation. We will be happy to help you out.
